Tech, Art, and Somewhere Between

Not much is left of the first website I built back in 2004.

In 2016, I earned a degree in Business Information Systems from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, Serbia.

Over the years, I’ve also been deeply engaged in cultural activism, promoting alternative culture and art in my city, and performing my own music.

Tech

My current focus is on the latest WordPress technologies, including Gutenberg, headless WordPress, and more. I work full-time as a software engineer at Rareview, a WP VIP Gold Partner agency, and I spend most of my workday within the WP VIP platform and tools, with special focus on performance and accessibility.

My latest side-project, Kaini, is a Google web store-featured Chrome extension designed to assist individuals with epilepsy or photosensitivity, parents safeguarding their children from fast-paced YouTube content, or anyone whose attention span or mental health is negatively affected by fast-paced YouTube videos.

There’s more on my GitHub, so feel free to explore.

Art

Ulpiana is deeply inspired by nostalgia for both real and idealized memories, situations, places, and persons.

Studio 11 was an inevitable place for all avant-garde & experimental music artists who toured this part of Europe. We organized over 100 events and hosted more than 200 artists from around the world, making our city a notable destination on the cultural map of Europe.

Once the workday is over, I like to hit the road on my bike for up-to-100 km rides, and take photos that I collect on my Instagram account. I keep it recreational, exploring new places, nature, views, and experiences rather than pushing my limits. Feel free to follow me on Strava.
